GROUP SESSION COST

Choose from the 2 options below

4 SESSIONS PER WEEK PCM- £135 (£7 .80 each)

Expect to accelerate the gains. We recommend NO LESS than 3 and NO MORE than 4 Resistance based sessions per week as rest and recovery outside of this is paramount to success.

8 SESSIONS PER MONTH – £105.00 (16.80 EACH)

Tuesday – 6:30am – 8.30am open gym  / 5.15pm / 6:00pm / 6.45pm
Wednesday – 6:15am / 7:15am / 10:00am / 6:00pm / 7:00pm
Thursday – 6:15am / 7:15am / 6:00pm / 7:00pm
Friday – 6:15am / 7:15am / 10:00am / 5:15pm /
Saturday – 8:30am / 9.15am
