WHAT’S INVOLVED?
 
The 6 week plan is suitable for all levels. 
 
Maybe you’ve plenty of experience but simply need a kick up the bum.
 
Or maybe you do not know the difference between a Kettlebell and a Cow bell 
 
DON’T WORRY  – You’re in safe hands
 
Put simply you’ll be expected to attend 3-4 group sessions per week. 
We will supply you with all the requirements for logging your 6 week progress. EASY.
 
Pre plan (as a group) we will discuss all you need to know so you hit the ground running on Day 1. Foods, Recipes, Step count, Macronutrients, Lifestyle, Restaurants, Training intensity etc.
 
TUESDAY 2ND JANUARY 2024 is when our next plan begins
