Alternatively, you will receive FULL workout clips that will range from 20-40 minutes long. These are tutorials guiding you through the full duration which we will do together.
Having some MINIMUM equipment would be great, But not essential.

You could easily use the following – rucksack, bricks, water bottles, chairs, or any other objects you can hold.
It is a fully accountable programme with set schedules for daily/weekly Face time check ins, delivering constant motivation, help with foods and a routine to adhere to which fits in with your life.
If you do not live near FF, work away mostly or would prefer to workout from home, then this is for you.
