COME AND JOIN OUR AMAZING RESULTS DRIVEN 6 WEEK TRAINING PLAN.

Additional to our weekly structured training plan, plus everything the monthly membership includes. We add the following extras.
 
  • 6 Weekly Check ins
  • Supplied daily Personal Non Negotiables (steps, water intake, lifestyle, cardio etc)
  • Meal plans to support your progress
Our training plan follows 2 Rotations (Weeks 1,3,6 and 2,4,6)
 
This will begin as a telephone or face to face consultation to make sure you fully understand what’s required. It’s your commitment that will deliver results.
 
The 6 week plan is suitable for all levels.  
 
For best results you’ll be expected to attend 3-4 group sessions per week. 
 
Our plans run every 6 weeks.
But you do not have to wait till they begin.
Just come and enjoy the Group sessions first.
 
And when the next 6 week training plan begins again. Pay an additional £70 which covers the additions above.
