GROUP SESSION COST

UPTO 4 SESSIONS PER WEEK – £145.00 (£8.36 each)

The industry average 121 PT 60 Minute session is £45-£60. Our Group sessions give you all the attention and support of 121. At a Fraction of the cost. Its AWESOME value!

Expect to accelerate the gains. We recommend NO LESS than 3 and NO MORE than 4 Resistance based sessions per week as rest and recovery outside of this is paramount to success.

Thursday – 6:15am / 7:15am / 6pm / 6.45pm
Friday – 6:15am / 7:15am / 10:00am / 5pm
Saturday – 8:30am / 9.15am
